You can't change the thread title. Your choices are:
1- ask a mod to change it for you.
2- wait 24 hours from the last time the thread was active to open a new one.
3- Don't wait the 24 hours and get the thread closed and a temp ban.

You started a thread here in High End LESS than 2 hours before you opened this one. If you sold your item quickly, great. That doesn't mean you can start a new thread right away because you can't change the title. Other players have more *General* titles, so they can add new items. If you want to simply list the one item, that's fine, but once it's sold you need to wait to open a new thread like everybody else.
